GTA Teleguam had an all-Flash website that was slow in responding and it was hard to find information a visitor was looking for. As part of their marketing strategy, they wanted to update their site’s look and gain more search engine exposure and make it easier to navigate.
We proposed, and subsequently developed, a dynamic website using PHP. We modularized the sidebar ad spaces for easy updating and maintenance on their part.
We also used URL rewriting techniques to have more user and search engine friendly URL’s (e.g. http://www.gta.net/customer-support/contact instead of http://www.gta.net/index.aspx?p=34). This resulted in better search engine ranking and exposure.
