- How can you be less expensive than such and such PSD to HTML coding service?
Our location in the Philippines provide us an opportunity to deliver professional, top quality service at a very competitive price. The cost of operating and living in the Philippines is much lower than in many other countries. - What format should my design be in? What do you need to start working?
We accept source files in Photoshop PSD, Illustrator AI, Fireworks PNG, JPG formats. Layered files where necessary. Please don’t forget to include any special fonts you have used in your design! - Can you help me with a design?
Sure we can! Contact us directly for a design quote, prices start at $300.
Delivery
- How do I get the files?
We upload the finished product to our test servers. We can also zip it up and email them to you. - What if I’m not satisfied?
We offer you as many rounds of revision as needed to make sure our work will meet all your requirements. This doesn’t include any revisions to original design or content you sent or changing assumptions we made on the beginning of the project. This kind of work is treated as additional and will be quoted separately. If for some reason we are on err, we would gladly refund your deposit.
Payment
- When do I pay?
We ask for 40% down payment before we commence and the other 60% once the work is delivered and you are satisfied. - What are the payment options?
We accept PayPal payments where you can pay via debit or credit card.
Privacy
- Can you guarantee 100% confidential service?
Yes we can. We have no problem with signing NDA if needed. To put it short – if you don’t want anybody knows that you are using our services – it won’t happen. We would love to add your project to our portfolio but we won’t do it without asking you for permission. - Can I trust you won’t show my designs to anybody before I publish them?
Rest assured! Your business is important to us and we care about our clients, therefore we won’t do anything that might put you into risk. - What about ownership and rights?
After our work is done you become the owner of the whole markup, including XHTML, CSS, images, Flash, JavaScript, etc…
